Hello everyone,

Whether we have practised together before at The Yoga Room, Tribe Porty, or Ohm Therapies—or if you are just joining my community for the first time—I am so happy you’re here.

This is a special moment for me. For the last few years, I have been in a season of transition. My primary focus has been on motherhood and the beautiful, often busy, reality of family life. During this time, I’ve also been working within the NHS supporting staff well-being, but through all of it, I’ve realised something vital: I need to do the work I am truly passionate about. I miss the creative freedom of facilitating directly and sharing the things that light me up.

Filling Your Own Cup

As a "mompreneur," I deeply relate to the many transitions we navigate as women. I know how easy it is to let your own needs slide to the bottom of the "to-do" list. My journey over the last few years has been about learning how to fill my own cup again, and now, I want to help you do the same.

I’ve spent this break up-levelling my own skills, submerged in Yin Yoga and a deeper dive into Qi Gong. I’ve become fascinated by energy work and the profound impact of sound in calming the nervous system. Understanding the "why" behind how these tools work—supported by my background in health psychology—has only deepened my desire to share them.

What’s New: A Seasonal, Holistic Approach

I’m returning to teaching with a new, more sustainable rhythm. I want to offer you consistency and depth through a six-week toolkit that focuses on what I am most inspired by right now:

Yin Yoga: Finding deep release and the permission to be still.

Qi Gong: Exploring energy work to build vitality and flow.

Gong-based Relaxation: Using sound to soothe the nervous system and create space for healing.

Behavioural Science: Using my MSc in Health Psychology to help you understand how to make these habits stick, so you can truly transform your daily life.

While I still love the benefits of Kundalini, my heart is currently leading me towards these newer offerings. I want to create a space specifically for women to explore these concepts, empower themselves, and become more resilient to the stresses of modern life.

Join Me on the Journey

Putting myself out there again feels like a fresh start. Whether you’ve known me for years or we are just meeting now, I hope you’ll join me. I’m moving to a seasonal rhythm—offering dedicated workshops and six-week blocks that align with the natural flow of the year, giving us the space to dive deep and the freedom to enjoy life’s natural breaks.

It is time to prioritise and value our own well-being. I can’t wait to share these new tools with you.

With warmth and movement,

Lokeshvarii
