Sound Sessions
You can attend a single session, or choose a series depending on what feels right for you.
Single sessions can be helpful if you want an introduction, a check-in, or support with something specific.
However, working over a series of sessions is often more effective for creating lasting change. It allows time to build awareness, explore patterns, and support gradual behaviour change rather than trying to shift everything in one session.
If you prefer a more regular or lower-cost option, there are also bundle options available, such as a 3-class pass for the Self-Care Toolkit or a 5-class pass for Qigong in the Park sessions.
There is flexibility, and you can choose what best supports your needs and lifestyle.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe when booking through the website.
If you prefer, you can also pay via bank transfer if arranged in advance — this removes the Stripe processing fee. Please get in touch before booking if you would like to use this option.

It’s completely normal to feel a bit unsure before joining something new.
Sessions are designed to be welcoming, calm, and non-judgemental. There is no pressure to perform, and nothing you need to “get right”.
You are guided throughout the session and encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and adapt anything to suit your body and comfort level.
Many people arrive feeling unsure and leave feeling more settled, grounded, and at ease.
If you’re interested in the work but finances are a barrier, you’re welcome to get in touch.
Where possible, I aim to offer a small number of concession or reduced-rate spaces, depending on availability. These are limited and not always open, but I can let you know if anything is currently available or add you to a waiting list.
There are also lower-cost options available through group sessions, seasonal programmes, and class bundles such as the Self-Care Toolkit and Qigong in the Park.

All bookings are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or late cancellations may still be charged.
For group sessions, workshops, series, and events, you’re welcome to transfer your place to another person if you’re unable to attend. Please let me know in advance.
If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to support where possible.
