Each week explores a different practice — including qigong, yin and kundalini yoga, breathwork, and deep relaxation, with immersive gong sessions for a deeper reset. Group wellness coaching helps you turn these into simple, lasting habits you can actually stick to.
Suitable for beginners, this is a supportive space to reconnect and feel more like yourself again.
Somatic Lifestyle Coaching
Bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Stop overthinking your health and start living it. This research-led coaching combines Health Psychology with body-based practices—like somatic movement and breathwork—to help you lower stress and build habits that actually stick.
Together, we’ll do a behavioural audit of your daily routine to find what’s holding you back, then create a realistic, "non-negotiable" roadmap that fits your real life.
No judgment, no generic advice—just a supportive space to regain control and make changes that genuinely last.
Gong Sessions
Gong relaxation sessions combining gentle movement and deep rest to support stress release and emotional wellbeing.
Each session begins with a simple movement practice to prepare the body, followed by 30–45 minutes of immersive gong-based relaxation to help you fully unwind and reset.
Sessions include YiniGong, KundaliGong, and QigongFlow — each pairing a different movement approach with deep gong relaxation.
